The hosting organisation is in Dialogue which is a consultancy corporation that works for the development of individuals, leaders, consultants, teams, organisations as well as community development since 2004. It has vast experience working in international surroundings, facilitating dialogue and innovation across diverse professional, organisational and national cultures in a wide range of organisations from small and large private businesses, over public educational institutions to non-profit associations and large international networks. The organisation’s consultants work in various parts of the word, and provide wide range of trainings, and courses besides consultation activities.
Its main services are:

- Consultation to organisations, teams and communities (in relation to strategic development, evaluation processes, conflict mediation and much more)
- Development of leadership competences
- Coaching of individuals and teams
All of the work of the organisation is based on the positive relational praxis, drawing upon principles of social constructionist and narrative approaches and systemic thinking.
In Dialogue has more than 16 years of experience working with EU programmes. Among others it has extensive experience with the predecessor of Erasmus+ (Lifelong Learning Programme), and it has been very closely following the changes in the new programme. Since early 2009 In Dialogue has been offering In Service Training Courses. Until beginning of 2014, In Dialogue organised 43 of these courses. During the first 3 years of the Erasmus + programme, In Dialogue ran 47 open courses under KA1 Erasmus+.
